4. Donation Receipts

Donors are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, address, PAN and email address where required.
The Foundation shall not be responsible for errors in receipts resulting from incorrect information supplied by the donor.
Any tax benefit or deduction shall be subject to applicable Indian laws and the eligibility of the donation and donor.
5. Use of Donations
The Foundation may allocate donations to one or more of its charitable activities based on programme requirements and organisational priorities.
Where a donor contributes towards a specific programme or cause, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to use the contribution towards that purpose. 6. Refund and Cancellation
Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate payment made accidentally
Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error
Unauthorised transaction
Payment successfully debited but not properly credited due to a technical/payment processing issue
